Terms and Conditions of Diamante Soccer Academy LLC (also known as DSA, Diamante Goalkeeper Academy, DGK, DGK Goalkeeper Wars)

By becoming a client of Diamante Soccer Academy LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. Player Conduct Policy – All students are required to show up 15 minutes before each session to warm up with the proper soccer attire. We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with their character towards others and responsibilities like completing homework assignments and house chores. 

2. Missed Session Policy – DSA has a zero-tolerance for missed session. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with your coach 24 hours before the session, you will receive a makeup session within a 30-day period. If you do not complete the make-up session within 30-days, you will forfeit the session. 

3. Vacation/Reschedule Policy – As noted on the Parent/Player agreement form, our coaches have a week of rest every 90-days and will be absent for 7-days. 

4. Rainout/Snow Policy – If the fields are “too wet” or if there is significant rain or snow during the morning or evening of our scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled upon the DSA’s Coaches decision. The DSA Coaches will check to make sure the field is safe before every session. If the field is playable, we will resume the session. Parents do not determine if the session is canceled. 

5. Automatic Recurring Monthly Payments: By committing to our 12-month program, you agree to our 30-day recurring payment plan.

8. Payment Policy – By committing to our 12-month agreement, you agree with the signed contract that you can commit to the entire year. You will be charged monthly with our automated system that charges your credit/debit card every 30-days. If your credit card fails, our system will prompt you to replace your card within a 24-hour period. 

9. Training Contract – By agreeing to our 12-month program, you are given a set number of sessions that must be used within the year of purchase.  
 If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. DSA will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete the sessions in a timely manner. 

6. Refund Policy – We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. Our program has limited availability and each spot is highly sought after. We often have a waiting list for our private 1-on-1 training and small group program. All sales are final. 

7. Early Termination: Cancellation only requires a 30-day written notice. Cancellations must be completed in writing. Talk to your coach for a Cancellation Form.  

10. End of Contract & Renewal Policy – If you would like to STOP training after our contract is complete, simply email us at DGKSoccerAcademy@gmail.com to let Coach Josue know 30-days before the final session that you will be discontinuing in the program. If you do not communicate with Josue 30-days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning we hold your spot in the program) and you will continue to train in the program). 

By becoming a customer of Diamante Soccer Academy LLC, I agree to the terms on this website. I have signed a contract stating that I have reviewed this page in-depth and agree to Coach Josue’s terms and conditions. 

Camps/Events:

There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, concussions, paralysis, or death.

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Diamante Soccer Academy LLC (DSA Soccer Academy), Diamante Goalkeeper Academy (DGK), and/or DGK Goalkeeper Wars during the selected camp/event. In exchange for acceptance of child’s candidacy by DSA, DGK, and/or DGK Goalkeeper Wars,  I, player (over 18), parent, or guardian, assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Diamante Soccer Academy LLC (DSA), Diamante Goalkeeper Academy (DGK),  or DGK Goalkeeper Wars, and  all its respective officers, agents, coaches, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to the said participant arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from the selected camp/event session.
