Using Individual Development Plans and structured courses, we help goalkeepers develop with purpose in a challenging, supportive, and engaging environment.

Pillar Course #4
Flight School | Diving Series System is a progressive 6-week goalkeeper diving training program that focuses on teaching proper technique to safely and explosively dive, control the body in the air, and make effective saves from different angles.

Morning Training
Summer Series
The Summer Series is our premier morning training program, designed to accelerate goalkeeper development through high-intensity, immersive sessions. Moving beyond traditional, static drills, this program places athletes in a continuous-action environment that meticulously simulates the speed, pressure, and unpredictability of a real match.
Start Date: June 2 – July 9, 2026

Minis’ Goalkeeper Clinic
Summer Camp
The Minis Intro to Goalkeeping Clinic is a fun, high-energy session designed specifically for ages 4–7 to experience the excitement of being a goalkeeper. Through engaging games and age-appropriate activities, young players will learn the basics of catching, diving, and movement in a safe, playful environment—building confidence while having fun and discovering a passion for the goalkeeper position.
Date: June 19, 2026

Goalkeeper Pillar Courses - Group Training
The seven Pillar Courses serve as Diamante’s core group training sessions, collectively addressing the seven technical pillars of a complete goalkeeper. Each course is delivered with level-specific expectations (Levels 1–4), ensuring athletes train at an appropriate pace while following a consistent developmental pathway.
This structure allows athletes to:
- Train within a consistent and predictable yearly framework
- Receive training aligned with their evaluation level
- Progress through the same core themes each year with increasing expectations
- Receive structured evaluations directly tied to each Pillar Course
Pillar Courses are divided into Class Days and Repetition Days.
Class Days take place at the start of each week and focus on slower, more detailed teaching of the weekly topic.
Repetition Days follow later in the week and are designed to reinforce those concepts through higher-tempo sessions that build consistency and muscle memory, using lesson plans aligned with the same weekly focus.

Academy Uniform
All athletes enrolled in the program are required to wear the official academy uniform, consisting of a jersey shirt, a jersey short, and socks. Follow the link below to purchase your uniform.
Goalkeeper Specialty Courses
Specialty Classes are focused training sessions, from gym-based performance training to video analysis. These sessions are designed to target physical development, injury prevention, and match understanding through intentional instruction, increased focus, and detailed feedback, helping athletes improve strength, decision-making, and overall performance.
I.M.P.A.C.T. | Goalkeeper Specific Gym Training
The IMPACT Goalkeeper Performance Training program is a specialized gym-based training session designed to improve goalkeeper athleticism through strength, agility, coordination, balance, and movement training. Sessions focus on building the body control and movement quality needed for long-term athletic development and high-level goalkeeper performance.
INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT, POWER, AGILITY, CONDITIONING/COORDINATION, TECHNIQUE
F.I.L.M. | Goalkeeper Specific Film Analysis (Pro-Track)
FILM is an individualized goalkeeper video analysis program designed to help athletes better understand the game, analyze key details, and improve performance through personalized match and training footage review. Learn the game, analyze the details, and improve performance.
